Resumen

In this paper the influence of analogical reasoning on the historical construction of scientific knowledge is analysed through two case studies. Both of them share the projectile motion like reference; in the first case as target of the analogy and in the other case as source of the analogical transposition. From here onwards, some implications for the physics education in pre-university levels are discussed
