Nanoestructuras semiconductoras: un futuro estratégico para iberoamerica

Abstract

This paper describes the present situation of several groups of researchers from Universities, Research Centers and Institutes from Iberoamerican countries, devoting their research and development efforts to the field of Semiconductor Nanostructures. The aim of the paper is also to show one regional strategy that involves scientists, engineers and educators contributing to the projection of our Iberoamerican region in the world context of the Contemporary Science and Technology. Some of those groups are members of the Network IX.E belonging to the Iberoamerican Program of Science and Tec nology for the Development, CYTED
