Propuesta didáctica para el estudio del ciclotrón

Abstract

A didactic proposal for the classical study of the cyclotron is presented, and the relativistic equations of the synchrocyclotron are also analysed. The study is suitable for beginner university students, even those ones of higher secondary education. An easy spreadsheet program could be carried out in order to obtain numerical values related to energy of particles, velocity, cyclotron frequency and other characteristic parameters of this system
