Ille GRAAL project uses at night the heliostat field CESA-I of the Plataforma Solar de Almeria as a gamma-ray telescope with an energy threshold of around 250 GeV. The Cherenkov radiation generated by the particle shower initiated by the primary gamma-ray incoming the earth atmosphere is reflected by 63 heliostats (total mirrored area of 2500 m2) onto a detector located al the central tower. Since summer 99 GRAAL is carrying out observations for the search of high-energy cosmic sources. Nowadays data taken is achieved under remote control.
